Do you take time out for yourself?
Here I share 7 ways that I take time out for me, one for each for of the week if you like! What do you do to reset?
Taking time out for myself. Whether it's 5 minutes to have a cup of tea, sit outside in the fresh air or listen to relaxing music.

Drink plenty of water. I drink at least 2 litres a day. It flushes out toxins and is so refreshing. I recommend drinking water regularly. And if not water, a water-based squash drink for flavour.

Taking a long bath with bubbles, bath bombs and candles with the lights off. This is a great way to relax. I also put on piano instrumentals or relaxing spa music.

Meditation is one of the most important things I do to help clear my mind. I mostly practice with guided meditations, however I recently completed a course to give guided meditations. I do these daily, at least once a day by guided meditations on YouTube.

Practicing Yoga. I practice a couple particular styles of Yoga (Vinyasa, Restorative and Yin) and there are many different styles to suit individuals. These styles I find work wonders for stress and anxiety, and also if you want a little push to work on your fitness levels.

Listening to positive Affirmations (I am listening to some as I type this blog actually!). I listen to these regularly, just from YouTube or Spotify. These really help with self-love, believing your worth and knowing that 'I AM' happy to be me and love myself and my life.

Lastly, I have many different hobbies that express my creativity. I take time to do something like dance, colouring, crocheting and even yes, blog writing. What hobbies do you have that maybe you haven't picked up in a while?
