So, it's been a while since I've written anything on here.
Especially with everything going on in the world right now, there has been a lot more to think about, which can come with more negativity. I regularly write in my paper journal, and for those out there I would encourage to do the same.
I want to share in this post the benefits of isolation. For those that are struggling, here are some benefits to keep you going:
MAKE UP FREE
With staying indoors and the sun out (depending where you are), give your skin some breathing time and let it be all natural.
BRALESS
There are benefits to going bra-less. It improves circulation as well as giving your pecks a chance to improve muscle on their own.
UNDERWEAR FREE?
This is only if you want to! Going underwear free helps save the washing! As well as feeling a bit more free.
NEW ROUTINE
Always had something you wanted to include in your routine, but the rapid pace of life hasn't let you before? With all this time at home, now's the perfect opportunity to do it. Whether it's working out in the morning, cooking a new meal or even drinking more water.
LEARN SOMETHING NEW
There are so many videos online that can teach you anything. Do you have an old guitar at home? Get on YouTube and learn how to play! Mine is to do the splits!
VIDEO CALLING
As much as our world now revolves around technology, go with it and video call those friends who live miles away you never get to see. Stay connected with family and close friends.
MINDFULNESS
Now is the time to practise meditation and mindfulness. Take a look at online websites to help with mindfullness. Colouring is a good one. You can buy some colouring pens and a book online (Amazon).
DONATE
Whilst we can't donate clothes and items right now, with the money saved not travelling to work , help others that are in need at this time.
WORKOUT
You don't just need a gym or a class to go to to workout. Hit YouTube or Apps on android and iTunes to do some homework out. I've been using HIIT Dog and DOWN Dog which are free until last May 2020.
There is also FitOn which I've been recommended by a friend.
