Affirmations - extract from diary

Affirmations and repeating affirmations is something I now do, all the time. It helps you to really believe you are what you say you are. To build yourself up to feel worthy. Because you are.


Some of the posts I release will be staggered in terms of my story, however everything so far has been negative, so I really wanted to share something positive with you that has helped me in self belief, self worth and self love. There are many things but here is one today.


I'm going to share an extract from my diary of some of the affirmations I write down to myself. This is something I highly recommend, and a tool for you to use.

I do this nearly every day, either writing it down, or listening to affirmations from YouTube whilst I'm getting ready, having a bath or doing yoga. You can do these any time of the day; at work, at home or while your out for a walk, just listening with your headphones or writing them down.

By putting 'I AM' in front of a powerful positive phrase, this helps us to really believe that we are, what we say we are. Recognising that you are strong, worthy, loved, successful, these help contribute to your own happiness.
